There are a ton of openings right now, so we outlined a few suggestions for you guys!

Live on campus? Try applying for one of these positions:

Dining courts – working in a dining court can be a great way to work close to home. Positions start at 8.50 an hour and your schedule can be as flexible as you need! You can even get a free meal for every meal shift you work!

Satellite restaurants – if dining courts aren’t your thing, try applying for Third Street Market, Cosi, or even Cary Knight Spot! This is an awesome way to work without going too far and retail employees even get discounts for meals during their shifts!

If you live off campus, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Working on campus is a great way to stay involved at Purdue when you live off campus and there are a ton of employment options for you in Dining & Catering!

Live close to the Union? Try applying for a restaurant in PMU, like Lemongrass, Flatbreads, Oasis or Pappy’s, or try Undergrounds in Hicks! That will keep you close to home, but you’ll still have plenty of options.

Is the Union far away? Why not try applying for Amelia’s in Armstrong, Beans in MSEE, Bistro in Rawls, Continuum Café in Lynn, or Catalyst Café in Wetherill!

There really are a ton of jobs open for Dining & Catering, so if you need some extra money or are looking for new opportunity to fill out your resume, check out some of our suggestions.

Hopefully this post will help you fulfill some of your New Year’s Resolutions. Do you have any questions about job openings, or any interesting resolutions you want to share with us? Leave us a comment, we’d love to hear from you!
