Note: Employment verification documents are required to complete the hiring process. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to accept copies of these documents. Those who do not keep these documents with them on campus may wish to obtain them early in the process to avoid delays in beginning a new job.
Send a PDF of your class schedule, noting any additional commitments such as club meetings or other job schedule, to Diningfirstname.lastname@example.org at least one day prior to your interview. The Central Hiring team will discuss your availability and work hour preferences during the interview.
Click below to access the list of open interview times by week. To gain access, enter the password provided in the Interview Offer email from Purdue HR. Take note of the Zoom meeting link. You will need to copy/paste this link into your web browser to enter the waiting room for your interview.

To begin your interview, open a web browser (Chrome, Explorer, FireFox) and navigate to www.zoom.us. Click “JOIN A MEETING” and enter the meeting ID, you do not need to register for an account. Here is a video tutorial.
After the interview you will receive an email from Purdue HR to either extend an offer or thank you for your time. You will return to the SuccesFactors hiring system to accept your offer.
