Cosi is the newest edition to campus dining here at Purdue. Located on Third Street in the new Honors College, Cosi is a coffee shop and fast casual dining location that offers breakfast, sandwiches, soups, salads, pizzas, specialty salads and even make your own s’mores.
The s’mores are a really interesting piece of Cosi cuisine; you’re roast your own marshmallows over their tabletop fire pits, and make the s’more yourself, like you’re at a bonfire.
Cosi also has squagels, or square bagels, which look good and taste better. These come in all kinds, like plain, sesame, everything, multigrain, jalapeno cheddar and asiago cheese.
This week we stopped off at Cosi and made our own s’mores, and took advantage of the great food. Our personal favorites are the TBM, or tomato, basil and mozzarella flatbread with cosi vinaigrette and the squagels.
Cosi is bordered on two sides by huge windows, so the atmosphere at Cosi is very light, neat and professional; it’s a great place for a meeting, a focused homework session, or even a space for catching up with a friend you haven’t seen in awhile.
They’re open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 amto 10 pm, Friday from 7:30 am to 8 pm, Saturday 10:30 am to 8 pm and Sunday 10:30 am to 10 pm. Make sure you stop by and check out their variety of food items and drinks!
Not only can you have an awesome meal on campus, Cosi caters now! If you’re interested in a delicious feast for you next event, check out their catering menu here: https://dining.purdue.edu/CampusDining/Restaurants/cosi.html
