Crystal Ding is a student-associate at Lemongrass located in the Purdue Memorial Union. She has worked for PD&C for two semesters. Crystal is finishing up her senior year, planning to graduate in May with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. She is originally from Ningbo, China. Crystal hopes to one day work as a technology consultant, helping companies solve tech issues. Eventually, she wants to work globally, willing to go where ever the job leads her.
Why did you choose to work for PD&C?
“I like to keep busy throughout the semester and working at Lemongrass seemed like a good job to fill my free time.”
What has PD&C taught you thus far?
“How to work on a team and with different people. I’ve also learned customer service skills, how to be flexible and adaptable.”
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
“A lawyer.”
What jelly bean flavor best describes your personality?
“Strawberry because I’m so sweet.”
