The Sagamore Restaurant is a unique, full-service breakfast and lunch option for the Purdue community. This historic dining room located on the second floor of the Purdue Memorial Union recently introduced a new, fresh vibe. Beginning in late August 2019, faculty, staff, and students alike are invited to enjoy our new menu and a fresh, contemporary style .
The new menu features a variety of fresh entrees with many locally-sourced ingredients. The Sagamore’s culinary team coordinates with Boilermaker Butcher Block meats to menu the Pineapple Pork Chops and the Purdue Student Farm to include student-grown produce on the amazing salad bar. While the ever-popular Sweet Chili Salmon is no longer on the menu, manager Eric Coates recommends the new Basil Saffron Salmon presented beautifully on a stack of rice, fresh mozzarella, and tomato.
